Mark Dietrich, M.D., J.D.
Orthopaedic surgeon Mark Dietrich earned his medical degree at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Omaha, in 2001, and completed his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center/Creighton University Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, also in Omaha. Prior to completing his medical degree, Dr. Dietrich earned his juris doctorate at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, and his bachelor of arts in Quantitative Economics at Stanford University, Standford, Calif. At Stanford, he was a competitive swimmer. His work experience includes serving as an attorney and investment banker.

Christopher Ellingson, M.D.
Orthopaedic surgeon Christopher Ellingson completed his medical degree at the Washington School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1998, and his residency at the Bone and Joint Sports Medicine Institute, Naval Medical Center Portmouth, in Portsmouth, Virginia. He completed his bachelor of arts degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Augustana College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy and his work experience includes serving in Marine Attack Training Squadron 203, Second Marine Aircraft Wing, as a Naval Flight Surgeon.
