Applying to the Program
If you are interested in applying for the Minnesota Sports Medicine Fellowship, go to the San Francisco Match website, www.sfmatch.org and apply through the Central Application Service. Once on the website, select the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine specialty and click Central Application to get started. We can no longer accept applications mailed directly to our site. 

The application deadline is Friday, January 16, 2009.

Candidates for the 2009-10 Fellowship Program have been selected.

At this time we do not accept applications from international medical graduates.
